These proxies represent the rich and diverse array of family doctors and nurse practitioners across the province, and we appreciate them taking the time to voice their support for their colleagues.

Finally, we are grateful for the leadership of our outgoing Board Chair and Secretary Treasurer.
Dr. Omesh Syal’s leadership as Board Chair has helped guide HDC through an important period of growth and evolution. With a continued focus on the value of primary care frontline physicians and nurse practitioners, Omesh and his community in Prince George have shown us how to collectively use primary care data for collaboration and learning.
Dr. Herb Chang, as HDC’s Secretary Treasurer, has been a thoughtful and committed voice around the Board table, contributing his experience, perspective, and passion for strengthening primary care. He has also been a strong advocate for incorporating HDC Discover measures as a reference point in his community.
