The following measures have been added to align with new Hypertension Canada guidelines:

To improve the accuracy of our measures, we made changes to the following concepts:

To improve the clarity of our measures and their related metadata, we have made the following changes:
- Retired Measures: The following measures have been retired as they are duplicated by Active patients – invalid or no date of birth.
- Patients with no date of birth
- Patients with invalid date of birth
