Why Use HDC Discover?
HDC Discover empowers family physicians by transforming EMR data into actionable insights. HDC Discover provides context for your own practice over time, as well as allowing you to view, share and compare an ever-growing number of relevant clinical measures with colleagues. This context and information means you can proactively manage care leading to better patient outcomes.

“HDC Discover makes it very easy to track the measures I am focused on. If there is an area where we seem to be lagging behind then it is worth exploring in more detail. The more physicians and clinics who contribute to the database, the better and more accurate comparisons become. The HDC system is a great asset if you are interested in patient care on the population and individual level.”
Dr. Stephen Hughes,
Family Physician, Quadra Island
