This month we formally welcome Roxanne Joyce, our new Clinician Engagement Manager, to the HDC Team! Roxanne will lead our field team of Clinical Services Managers (David, Frank, Kent) to support our family physician and NP individual practice reflection, quality planning, improvement, and sustainment.
Roxanne has a clinical background as a registered clinical counsellor and comes to us from the Doctors of BC Physician Health Program, which supports the health of BC physicians, trainees and their immediate families dealing with personal and/or professional concerns. We are grateful for her experience in health care strategy and leadership where she has experience using metrics to guide her operations and decisions.
