Welcome new HDC Board Directors!
First off, a big “Thank you!” to the Divisions of Family Practice proxies who attended the AGM and voted in support of our new board members. The diverse group of Division of Family Practice proxies represented our primary care profession across our province, where bringing these leaders together allowed our organization to gather strategic perspectives that will enrich our collaborative efforts.
We are thrilled to welcome three exceptional leaders to the Health Data Coalition’s (HDC) Board of Directors. Their diverse expertise and shared commitment to improving primary care will be instrumental in advancing HDC’s purpose to enable data informed patient care through practice improvement. I am confident that the new board composition will continue to contribute to effective board governance as we gain momentum to embed a data-informed approach through a physician-driven quality improvement lens.
Please join me in welcoming our new Board Directors:

This isn’t goodbye, just see you down the road.
Humbly Yours,
