Screening measures – The following screening measures are now available in HDC Discover:
Cervical Cancer Screening
The following are new and improved cervical cancer screening measures that incorporate both HPV and Pap test results. These measures will replace our previous Cervical Cancer Screening measure, which is scheduled to be retired and removed from HDC Discover in July 2025.

- Improvements
Improvements for OSCAR clinics:
We have made improvements to enhance the accuracy of our measures that utilize patient state and primary provider assignments in OSCAR clinics. While the majority of clinics did not experience significant changes, we reloaded the data for those clinics where improvements were identified. For any questions, please contact support@hdcbc.ca.
