The following measures have been enabled for the EMRs below. To access a specific measure, simply click on its name and after you login, you will be directed to the corresponding page within your HDC Discover application.

Improvements 

Enhanced Single Measure View 

To help users quickly access and understand information in the Single Measure View, we have made the following improvements: 

  • Updated font sizes, graph axis lines, and legend for better readability. 
  • Added a divider between graphs and measure details for a cleaner layout. 
  • Enhanced tab visibility with distinct colors and borders to make navigation more intuitive. 

 

Improved Feedback and Help Access 

To help users access support and provide feedback more easily, we have made the following updates: 

  • Updated the Help button to say “Help and Support” to make it easier for users to locate. 
  • Added new articles in the Help section covering topics like Privacy, Release, Colorectal, Contact, and Med Access. 

Settings Pages Migration and Improvements 

To help streamline navigation and ensure a consistent user experience, we have made the following updates to the settings pages: 

  • Migrated all tabs within the Settings page to a modern framework for improved performance. 
  • Added tailored tooltips and validations to certain fields for ease in understanding.
