As the HDC Lead Facilitator for the Pacific Northwest Division of Family Practice, Tamara works with physicians and teams to use data from the HDC Discover app to better understand patient outcomes and support improvements in care for those enrolled in the CHANGE Program and other physician-driven initiatives. With more than 13 years as a practice improvement coach, she is passionate about data-informed improvement and the power of building strong relationships. Tamara believes that trust, collaboration, and meaningful data together can drive real improvements for patients, practices, and communities.

Roxanne has a clinical background as a Registered Clinical Counsellor and comes to us from the Doctors of BC Physician Health Program, which supports the health of BC physicians, trainees and their immediate families dealing with personal and/or professional concerns. We are grateful for her experience in health care strategy and leadership where she has experience using metrics to guide provincial clinical operations and decisions.

Cathy is a Manager on the Clinical Services team at HDC. She brings over thirty years of experience to her role and a track record of achievements in business development, sales, product development and operations management within the healthcare sector in British Columbia.

Over the course of her career, Cathy has developed a passion for data and improving the use of data-driven tools to inform and improve the healthcare system and its outcomes.

Cathy earned a bachelor’s degree in science from Queens University.

Cathy also covers part of the north: Prince George, Northern Interior Rural, North and South Peace Divisions.

As an internationally trained physician who holds a Medical degree from KRS University in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, Aigul brings her background working in public/population health improvement programs to her role as an Engagement Specialist at HDC.
While practicing as a physician, Aigul worked in Kyrgyzstani clinics and hospital wards, specializing in Endocrinology and Metabolism. She also participated in population health improvement programs in Kyrgyzstan in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, UNICEF, and Diabetes Association.

Having worked in biotechnology, bioinformatics, and pharmaceuticals in Canada, Europe, and the U.S, David has over 22 years of sales, training, and implementation experience.

In his role as Clinical Services Manager, David is actively involved in meeting with Physicians in their clinics to enroll, train and engage with them in their use of HDC Discover. He has an excellent track record of successfully engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and developing creative solutions. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto.

Frank brings a wealth of digital health expertise and proven success to HDC. With a robust background in healthcare sales, business analysis, and clinician engagement, he is an invaluable asset to our team. Frank excels at building strong relationships that allow him to effectively translate complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights for Primary Care Practitioners using HDC Discover. His dedication to empowering our users with data ensures they can consistently achieve measurable improvements and sustained quality improvement across their practices.

Kent joined the HDC team with over 15 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical and healthcare fields both in Canada and overseas.

Kent has business management and territory development experience, and is a skilled relationship builder, creating strong bonds between interest-holders at all levels.

Kent holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Victoria.
