Version 3.0.2 of HDC Discover was rolled out to production on September 10th, 2024.  Please do not hesitate to contact our support email support@hdcbc.ca should you have any questions or comments about any of these changes.

What’s New? 

  • New Measures:  

The following measures have been enabled for the EMRs below. To access a specific measure, simply click on its name and after you login, you will be directed to the corresponding page within your HDC Discover app.
