Improvements
To enhance usability and user navigation, we are making the following changes to the QI Panel:
- Domain Removal: Shared Care domain has been removed, as it is no longer relevant.
- Domain Updates:
The domain Practice Support Program has been renamed to Conditions. Additionally, the following subdomains have been removed:
- Panel Management
- Palliative Care
While the following subdomains have been added:
- Asthma
- Cancer
- CKD
- CVD
- Hypothyroidism
- STBBI, and
- Substance Use
The following subdomains have been removed from the Documentation Management domain:
- Coded Entry – 1 Year Look Back
- Coded Entry – 3 Year Look Back
- Data Quality
- Entry Totals – 1 Year Look Back
- Entry Totals – 3 Year Look Back
While the following subdomains have been added:
- Panel Management
- Prescribing
- Adverse Reaction Risks
- Health Conditions
Concept Updates
To improve the accuracy of our measures, we made changes to the following concepts:
